Someone’s Mother, Someone’s Brother

This film, Someone's mother, someone's brother, features Alyona and Nga.  Two people whose lives have been improved by accessing harm reduction services -- including needle exchange and methadone. We provide these services because we know it works. The body of evidence and momentum for change is growing. SUPPORT DON'T PUNISH is a global advocacy campaign to raise awareness of the harms that are being caused by the criminalisation of people who use drugs. The campaign aims to change laws and policies which impede access to harm reduction interventions, and promote respect for the human rights of people who use drugs.
