NCVO’s vision is of a society in which people are inspired to make a positive difference to their communities. The NCVO Members' Photography Competition 2013, in partnership with PhotoVoice, was on the lookout for a photograph showing just that.

A presentation by the Real People Theatre Company telling the stories of women who feel compelled to hide parts of their lives for fear of the social stigma attached to – addiction, hidden disability, domestic violence, mental health, homophobia. These stories act as a springboard for empowerment, audience discussion, awareness raising and training.
